Stuart D. Edwards
Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors

Mr. Edwards is an entrepreneur inventor who has founded several medical device companies. He was Chairman of the Board
and President of Novasys Medical, founded by Mr. Edwards to develop devices for the minimally invasive treatment of urinary
conditions. Prior to Novasys Medical, Mr. Edwards founded Curon Medical (NASDAQ:CURN) involved in therapies for digestive system disorders. Prior to this, he was Chairman, President and CEO of Somnus Medical, (NASDAQ:SOMN), which provides treatment for upper airway obstruction. Mr. Edwards was a founder and served as Chairman, President and CEO of VidaMed (NASDAQ:VIDA; acquired by Medtronic), a company developing minimally invasive technologies for the treatment of benign prostatic hypertrophy. Mr. Edwards was a founder of RITA Medical (NASDAQ:RITA) developing devices and methods for treating hepatic malignancies, and Neomend Medical, focusing on the surgical wound closure market. Mr. Edwards was also Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of EP Technologies, Inc, (now Boston Scientific) a company involved in the development of intracardiac catheters for use in cardiac electrophysiology. Other previous positions include: Director of
Technical Sales and Marketing for Control Data Corporation; Director of Engineering at Ideal Toy Corporation; and Manager of Plastics Engineering for Baxter Healthcare. Mr. Edwards currently serves on several Boards of Directors of the medical device companies he has founded. He holds an Advanced Certificate in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from the United Kingdom and is named as an inventor of more than 300 patents.

Thomas C. Wehman, PhD, CRA, CQA, CA
Chief Operations Officer

Dr. Wehman has consulted and worked in the medical device, pharmaceutical, plastics, computer and semiconductor
industries. He has over 25 years of managerial experience in regulatory affairs, quality and manufacturing in these industries
including extensive experience in international (MDD), national (FDA) and the state of California (FDB) requirements. He is well published and is considered an expert in his field. He has held the position of acting of regulatory, clinical and quality affairs
for several cardiovascular, gynecology, ENT, oncology, orthopedic, surgical, urinary, and dental companies. In these positions
Dr. Wehman has been instrumental in assisting five companies through successful IPO's. He was the co-founder of
Adel Biomedical Institute, a consortium of medical/biotech consultants and LyChron, an in-vitro/in-vivo research facility.
Dr. Wehman received his PhD with honors from Michigan State University in the field of analytical and physiological
characterization of pharmaceutical materials. He was elected a member of Sigma Xi, Doctoral Science Honorary Society.

Frank Cahill
Chief Financial and Information Officer

Mr. Cahill was appointed Chief Financial Officer and Chief Information Officer on June 1, 2009. Prior to joining the
company, Mr. Cahill held management positions from “Fortune 500” companies in New York to smaller start-up companies
since relocating to California fourteen years ago. Most recently he was the Founder & CEO of PnL Management, Inc. a
management consulting company in the Silicon Valley. Previously Mr. Cahill was Vice President, Finance & Administration,
Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Imatron, Inc. Imatron designed, manufactured and sold EBT scanners in the
interventional cardiologist market before being sold to GE Medical Systems. Prior to that he was Vice President, Finance
and Administration at Berkeley Heart Lab, Inc., the developer of a unique test to measure lipid particle density and Chief
Financial Officer at MED-COR Health Information Solutions, Inc. a healthcare consulting and service firm. Mr. Cahill, while
at Ernst & Young in New York, became a Certified Public Accountant. He has received an M.B.A. from Rutgers University
and a B.S. in Physics from St. Peters College both in New Jersey.

Bruno Strul, PhD
Chief Electronics Engineer

Dr. Strul graduated from Stanford University with a Doctorate in Electrical Engineering. He is currently President and CEO
of Apical Instruments, Inc., specialists in the design and manufacture of OEM instrumentation for medical and industrial
applications. Dr. Strul is the inventor or co-inventor of more than 26 patents with applications relating to medical imaging,
electro-surgery, semiconductor process control and more. Dr. Strul will be responsible for developing the mapping and
RF technology for Silhouette.

Peter Muller
Chief Mechanical Engineer and Designer

Mr. Muller has extensive experience in medical device design in development of catheters, disposables, devices and
instrumentation, in Europe and the U.S. for companies, such as Aesculap, B. Braun, BASF, CIBA, Becton Dickinson,
KeraVision, AIS, GMS, Somnus, Curon Medical, Novasys, Vascular Architects, Kyphon and Optimize. Since 1985, Mr. Muller has been President and owner of Interform, an internationally acclaimed product development and design firm. Mr. Muller is currently a Director of the Alden Lee Company, Inc. He was formerly Vice President of Frog Design (USA), and a Director of PA Technology and Management Consultants (Europe/international). Mr. Muller has a Master's Degree in Product Design from Darmstad, Germany, and has received management training from Sundridge Park, London, UK. He has published articles and given lectures throughout Europe, USA and Asia and has received numerous patents and awards throughout his career.

Soody Tronson, Esq.
Patent Counsel

Ms. Tronson has over twenty years of professional experience combining law, science and engineering, business, and
management in emerging and established environments. She practiced law as IP Counsel at Silicon Valley offices of two
prominent national law firms. She has also served as IP Counsel at the Hewlett-Packard Company, and General Counsel
and Vice President of Intellectual Property at a medical device startup company. Before starting her legal career, she spent
over 12 years in the industry holding technical and management positions at companies such as Hewlett-Packard and
Schering-Plough. Ms. Tronson holds a J.D. and M.S., and is licensed to practice before the State of California and the U.S.
Patent and Trademark Office.

Steven Prager, MD.
Medical Director

Dr. Prager graduated from the University of Southern California School of Medicine and has practiced in the field of Allergy,
Immunology and Pediatrics for over eighteen years. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Allergy Asthma & Immunology
and the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Prager is an assistant clinical professor at the University of California, San
Francisco. He has a strong interest in Gastroenterology, has been recognized for his published work, and has given many
presentations at several national medical conventions. In addition, he is a past president of the American Lung Association of
the Central Coast.

Marc A. Levinson, MBA
Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Mr. Levinson is a graduate of Northwestern University with an MBA in Entrepreneurship from DePaul University. He has over
twenty years of sales and marketing experience in the development, promotion and sales of minimally invasive surgical
devices. His career includes selling central vein and critical care multi-lumen catheters for Arrow International, product
marketing management in General Surgery and Gynecology for Richard Wolf Medical Instruments, co-founder of
EndoVentions International, a company specializing in marketing and repairing reusable laparoscopic devices, product
marketing management in Gynecology and Urology for Olympus Surgical America and most recently, marketing manager at
Vision-Sciences, Inc. developing the Gynecology products segment.
